For my English assignment, I will write about Hong Kong. Hong Kong is described in the book Around the World in 80 Days. I’ve never been to Hong Kong, but I’ve done some research about it.
Hong Kong is in China. It’s population is made of over 7 billion people, and 92% are chineze. Chineze and English are the most popular languages spoken. There are also many small islands that make up Hong Kong. Also, most of Hong Kong is hilly, not smooth, and it’s also very pretty -in my opinion-. Incase you didn’t know, Hong Kong is a country, not a city. Beijing is the capital of this country.
Fun facts: Did you know that Hong Kong means fragrant harbor? Did you know that Hong Kong has the most skyscrapers in the world? The most common place to eat in Hong Kong is at a fast food noodle shop.
