My New Challenge: Carrying it Out

If you read my last post, you would know that I started a challenge where I wake up at six in the morning, go for a walk and then come inside and start my day. A tip for all of you who are, might, or did do this, is to listen to a song in the morning as soon as you wake up. I listened to “Good Morning” by Mandisa right when my alarm went off. I have found that it doesn’t make me such a grouch when I wake up so early. 😉 I also get done with my school really early and have the whole rest of the day to myself. It’s really nice! Let’s get on with the rest of this. 😉

MONDAY: The night before, I went to bed right on time. Woke up right away in a good mood. I took Hayze on my walk. (he was a good boy) That night, I was a little behind on schedule, but not too bad.

TUESDAY: I woke up a little nonchalantly. Left Hayze at home this time. I took a good 45 minute walk. It was very refreshing. That night, again a bit off schedule but still a sleep by 10:15.

WEDNESDAY: (Halfway through!!)I woke up very happy. My mom and Hayze both went with me. Walked and jogged for over an hour! was still a bit behind on schedule (I have to get on top of that)

THURSDAY: Was right on schedule. Took another walk for about an hour. Got school done really early (SCORE!!!), and I went to bed on time.

FRIDAY: I woke up in a pretty okay mood. Was a little tired because I’ve been doing this a while (according to my body anyway). Had a good walk. Great day!!

I took a break today and I will tomorrow, too. I’ll keep doing this next week, but I won’t make you suffer through that. I hope you decide to do this. It was very fun! Thanks for reading, stay safe, and have a HAPPY EASTER!!! ❤
