Hey, How Ya’ Doing?

I haven’t written in a little while, so this is like my monthly post. I wanted to fill you in on what I’ve been up to, incase you’ve been wondering. (Or maybe you just want something to do)

I am still training Hayze. He can usually off leash in the front yard, as long as there aren’t any distractions. He knows many, many tricks. If you want to know how to teach your dog a trick, let me know which one in the comments, and I will make a post on how to teach them that. The hardest Thing I’ve had to teach him so far is to walk nicely on a leash. We are far away from perfect, but we are making some progress.

I started my “summer school” last Monday. I am taking personal finance and a study skills coarse. My mom has been buying all these thing for me to do since I got into homeschooling, so wish me luck on getting any free time at all. ; ) How is your schooling going? I know most of my followers are homeschoolers, but if you aren’t, how are you liking online schooling? I love it right know, but if I wasn’t already using it and I had to switch over to it from public school, I don’t think I would like it as much.

Yesterday, when my brother was mowing, he found a tortoise. My dad said we could keep her, so we were thinking of names. My six year old brother wanted speckles, my twenty year old brother wanted Frederina, and my sister and I wanted spatula. So what did we name her? We named her Speckles Frederina Spatula. I still call her spatula for short. She loves it when I pet her shell, and loves it even more when I take her outside for daily exercise. If you have any tortoise information you think I should know about, please tell me.
